Harness the power of the wind!

Be prepared for anything! One of our customers told us that when the power is out her neighbors show up on her doorstep. They know that her family is prepared. Be ready for anything that may come your way by setting up your own power system. When the rest of the area is in the dark you will still have light.

Wind generators make a perfect compliment to your existing solar system. Or use them as a back up power source. It is very satisfying to watch your wind generator turn as the storm blows outside, knowing that you are storing up electricity. Read our information pages here on our website to learn how to hook up and use wind power. See pictures of systems that some of our customers have and read their comments and suggestions. Contact us with any questions that you may have.

Check local codes and insurance requirements before purchasing items for your off grid power system. Most off grid items are not UL listed. If you need items that are UL listed to satisfy local codes please contact us so that we can help you to locate the proper items.

If you live in an area that has a lot of rain, snow or has salt air we highly recommend having the stator and rotor in the wind generator weather coated for added protection. We do this at the time that we build your wind generator. Just add the weather coating to your order and we take care of the rest.
